This specification of work details Walsall Council’s requirement from a support provider in relation to the Council’s Oracle Cloud One source project, the specification sets out the associated support requirements for the contract period. A review of support requirements will take place during the first 6 months of support as the Council continues to understand the support requirements of the business.
The Council requires a level 3 functional and technical support service for all its instances of the Oracle Cloud application. This will include:
— Oracle Cloud service administrator support Cloud Update Support and Release Management;
— Oracle Cloud technical support;
— Oracle Cloud Functional Support Report Writing Development (Optional Requirement).
