The Concession has as its object, exclusively by the Grantor, the management of the energy service and integrated management of heating and air conditioning, electrical, elevator systems of buildings owned by the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena, including investment works to be paid by the concessionaire. This is called pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 180, paragraph 8 and art. 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree No. 56/2017 (provides that the selected promoter, if not awarded, can adapt its proposal to that judged by the Administration more convenient).
