The intervention consists in the redevelopment of the property located in via Marco D'Oggiono to be used as the new seat of the municipality of the municipality of Lecco.

The contract concerns:

(a) the executive project, amounting to around EUR 130 000;

b) construction and start-up works, amounting to around EUR 2 970 000, of which EUR 200 000 for safety costs.
