The object of the order is the execution of construction works and activities related to the implementation of the task “KSSENON Business Accelerator — construction of a center of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in Żory”.

The object of the order is the construction of a complex of 4 industrial halls along with a service part and landscaping. The project has been drawn up in accordance with applicable regulations and technical knowledge rules. The project in question has:

1.1. 2.1. final decision of the President of the City of Żora no. 207/18, UA-RA.6740.119.2018.AP of 30.03.2018 approving the construction project and granting a construction permit for the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. (Ordering Party) of the KSSENON Business Accelerator — construction of the complex four industrial halls together with a service part and the construction of technical and accompanying infrastructure: power connection and rain drains; external installations: energy, teletechnical sewerage, water supply, sanitary sewerage, rainwater drainage; reservoir fire-retentive; retention tank; two transformer stations; electric vehicle charging station; two parking lots, internal roads along with squares, access stations; information pylon; information board (LED display); two information totems with the stipulation that it has been issued Decision No 549/21 UA-RA.6740.302.2021.AP of 19.08.2021amending the decision of the President of the City of Żora on construction permit No 207/18 of 30.03.2018 (Sign.AU. -RA.6740.119.2018.AP) and approving construction project for changes concerning the dimensions of the information pylon and two information totems (scope indicated in the Summary of Important Architectural Differentials — Annex 15 to SWZ, described as 'Important Change') The above means the need to implement the contract under the terms of the construction permit, taking into account the changes made by the convertible construction permit. Wherever in the procurement documents refer to a “building permit”, it is also meant by this “convertible construction permit”.

NOTE (1): The Summary of Important Architectural Differences (Annex 15 to SWZ) indicates the differences between the construction project and the implementation project. The Contractor is obliged to adapt (execute and value within the bid) the elements indicated in the column 'Executive Project';

NOTE (2): The Contracting Authority envisaged a change of design documentation regarding the change of entry zone in building A by adding security rooms, reception and vestibule by reducing the bistro zone — work should be valued (as part of the offer) and carried out on the basis of Errata No 1 constituting Annex 16 to SWZ.

2. Each designed building (A, B, C and D) consists of two departed parts — industrial and service. The parts are connected via a public communication system at ground floor level.

3. The industrial part was designed as a hall, divided into 8 smaller mini halls for rent (modules). Each hall is equipped with an industrial sectional gate. Between the adjacent modules, a separating wall from sandwich panels was designed, possible for dismantling. This gives the ability to connect modules together. It is possible to connect up to 4 modules.

4.The service section was designed as a two-storey building. The main entrance to the service parts as well as all buildings is located in the corner arcade.
