This framework agreement concerns the execution of coordination missions on the safety and health protection of workers at levels 1, 2 and 3 for the needs of the city of Décines-Charpieu.The coordinator will ensure the implementation of the general principles of prevention in order to prevent the risks associated with simultaneous or successive activities in the execution of the works and the risks related to subsequent interventions on the works. Its mission will comply with Law 93.1418 of 31 December 1993 and its implementing decrees. The contract is concluded according to the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the Public Order Code. This is a multi-awarding framework agreement with subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-2 and R.2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the Public Order Code. It is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 70,000 euro(s) (excl. tax).
