Realization

- technical/energy readings (quickscans / QS);

- detailed technical inventories (ITD) to be carried out on a series of sites that have been identified by the RenoWatt team after processing the information collected following the quickscan phase, the scope of the ITDs may depend on the type of contract that will be concluded later (CPE (whether short or long type) or public design-build / "design & build" contract);

- on request of a PAB, EPB certificates.

This contract is a service contract whose object is the award of a multi-successful framework agreement, within the meaning of Articles 2, 35 ° and 43 § 5 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, with a view to the implementation of

(i) technical/energy surveys (quickscans / QS);

(ii) detailed technical inventories (ITDs) to be carried out on a series of sites that have been identified by the RenoWatt team after processing the information collected following the quickscan phase, the scope of the ITDs may depend on the type of contract that will be concluded later (CPE (whether short or long type) or public design-build / "design & build" contract);

(iii) upon request of a PAB, EPB certificates.

In addition to these services, ancillary missions could be requested, whether in the context of mini-competitions or under direct management, from the various participants in the framework agreement, such as energy audits, programmatic studies, preparation of subsidy files, coordination meetings, presentations, analyses, animation of training for PABs, drafting of summary reports, etc.
