The Office for Building Construction and Building Management (HGW) of the city of Karlsruhe intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator for the safety inspection as well as the maintenance / repair of all blackboards, interactive whiteboards and displays in Karlsruhe schools.

The Office for Building Construction and Building Management (HGW) of the city of Karlsruhe intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator for the safety inspection as well as the maintenance / repair of all blackboards and interactive whiteboards in the Karlsruhe schools.

The blackboards are pylon boards, double pylon boards, folding and sliding boards, as well as interactive whiteboards with beamer (mounted on wall / ceiling) and interactive displays.

The services listed in the enclosed bill of quantities/price sheet are the expected annual need for safety checks and repairs of all blackboards (approx. 2,100 pieces) as well as interactive whiteboards and displays (approx. 600 pieces) for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. Thereafter, there is an option to extend it for a further three years, until 31.12.2027 at the latest.)

The quantities stated in the bill of quantities/price sheet are based on empirical values of recent years and are therefore only to be regarded as an imputed quantity. The actual volume incurred during the term of the contract depends on demand and can therefore vary. There is no entitlement to a guaranteed number of quantity call-offs during the term of the contract.

An overview of the school locations, including the individual contact persons, will be sent to the contractor (AN) when the order is placed.
