Due to the expiry of the current contract, GGD Zaanstreek - Waterland is looking for a solution for optimal integration of fixed telephony with call center functionality and mobile telephony.

The assignment involves approximately 500 employees spread over 17 locations in eight municipalities that communicate by telephone.
