The purpose of this contract is to inspect new and rehabilitated non-collective sanitation facilities as well as those existing for the needs of COMPA

the contract concerns the services listed in the price list and the details of which are specified in section VI of this advertisement.

In accordance with Article R 2162-4 of the SPC, the single-contractor framework agreement is concluded with a minimum annual amount of €100,000 excluding tax and a maximum annual amount of €225,000 (excluding VAT). This contract will take effect from 11 April 2024 for a period of one year, tacitly renewable 3 times for the same period of 1 year, on its anniversary date, without exceeding a total duration of 4 years.

The award criteria are as follows: Technical merit (weighting: 55%) assessed in the light of the quality of the methodological score and in the light of the sub-criteria set out in the RC, and Price of services (weighting: 45%) assessed in the light of the total price in euros (including VAT) of the estimated and quantitative detail representative of COMPA's needs
