The requested transport applies for the following areas:
Flå municipality; trips within the municipality and trips that cross the municipality boundary, including the Helseekspress (Express Health Bus).
Nes municipality; trips within the municipality and trips that cross the municipality boundary, including the Helseekspress (Express Health Bus).
Gol municipality; trips within the municipality and trips that cross the municipality boundary, including the Helseekspress (Express Health Bus).
Ål municipality; trips within the municipality and trips that cross the municipality boundary, including the Helseekspress (Express Health Bus).
The tenderer shall have the requisite depot place, which will ensure all patients in the entire area transport on the booked collection date.
Tenders can be submitted for each of the above mentioned areas/municipalities, but a tender must be submitted for everything that is requested within each municipality.
The transport includes:
— Patients with electronic requisitions issued by an authorised requisitioner from the transport logistics system Nissy.
— Patients with a valid paper requisition for patient travel. A valid requisition means that the therapist has added the patient's name, date of birth, address, date of the journey and where the patient shall travel to on the requisition. The requisition shall be signed by the therapist.
— Foreign patients from the Nordic countries and EEA countries, who are driven in Norway. The same rules apply here as for Norwegian citizens. The transport does not include:
— Transport on stretchers or ambulance transport.
— Foreign patients who come from other countries than the Nordic countries and the EEA and who are temporarily residing in Norway (e.g. on holiday). These trips must be covered by the patients themselves, or by the patient's travel insurance.
— Driving outside Norway. This must be entirely paid for by the patient.
— Transport of goods and/or patients with an internal requisition.
