The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the municipalities: Stary Sącz, Nawojowa and Łącko. The contract is divided into the following two parts: LOT 1: Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; PART 2: Collection and management of bio-waste.
PART 1: Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal wasteThe subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 from the area of inhabited real estate, real estate on which there are summer houses and other used for recreational purposes and uninhabited real estate indicated in Annex 3.1 to SWZ. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set out in this Annex. The technical condition of the containers must enable the collection and collection and management of waste in a manner consistent with the Regulations, the contract and generally applicable laws in force at the Ordering Party.
PART 2: Collection and management of bio-wasteThe subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of bio-waste including waste from gardens (code 20 02 01) and other biodegradable waste, including kitchen waste (code 20 01 08) from inhabited real estate, real estate on which there are cottages and other used for recreational purposes and PSZOK. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide bags with a capacity. 120 l for the separate collection of bio-waste, made of semi-transparent film, with high tear strength, in brown color with the designation "BIO". For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set out in this Annex. The technical condition of the containers must enable the collection and collection and management of waste in a manner consistent with the Regulations, the contract and generally applicable laws in force at the Ordering Party.
