If the occupation of the road lane will affect road traffic or limit visibility on the road or cause the need to introduce changes in the existing organization of vehicle or pedestrian traffic to the extent not provided for in the temporary traffic organization projects made available by the Ordering Party, the Contractor should develop at its own expense a project of temporary traffic organization to secure work in the road lane for the duration of the services in accordance with the Minister's Regulation. Infrastructure of 23 September 2003 on detailed conditions for traffic management on roads and the performance of supervision over this management (Journal of Laws No. 177, item 1729). All costs related to the introduction of traffic organization will be borne by the Contractor. Depending on the needs and progress of services, the traffic organization project should be updated by the Contractor on an ongoing basis.

The traffic organization project for the duration of the services must be approved by the traffic management body (Department of Real Estate and Infrastructure of the Marshal's Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship).

The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law up to the net value of PLN 1,239,624.00 - the amount for Lot 1 is: PLN 292,055.00 net. A similar contract provides: - tree pruning and bush felling, in the areas of the circuits indicated in the basic contract.
