The subject of the contract is the development of real estate collected from the owners, on which

residents of the Stare Babice commune in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on

maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 -

municipal waste from the area of the Stare Babice commune, i.e. waste:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

2) glass;

(3) waste batteries and accumulators;

4) used tyres;

5. hazardous waste;

6) chemicals;

7) expired and unnecessary medicines;

8) furniture and bulky waste;

9) plastics;

10) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

(11) paper;

(12) multi-material waste;

13) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;

14. metals;

15) wood;

16. textiles;

17) waste generated during household injections (used needles, syringes);

18) ash

19) bioodpady.

The subject of the contract is the development of real estate collected from the owners on which the inhabitants of the Stare Babice commune live in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 - municipal waste from the area of the Stare Babice commune, i.e. waste:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

2) glass;

3) spent batteries and batteries;

4) worn tyres;

5) hazardous waste;

6) chemicals;

7) expired and superfluous medications;

8) furniture and large-sized waste;

9) plastics;

10) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

11) paper;

12) Multi-aerial waste;

13) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;

14) metals;

15) wood;

16) textiles;

17) waste produced during household injections (used needles, syringes);

18) Ashes

19) biowaste.

REMARK! Waste codes are specified in Appendix No. 1a to SWZ - Price Form. The Ordering Party indicates the above-mentioned waste to be managed due to the fact that it may be necessary to manage it during the period of performance of the contract.

The quantities of waste specified in the SWZ are illustrative quantities (the amount of waste in Annex 1a to the SWZ - Price form). The actual amount of waste sent for management will result from

from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall collect any quantity of waste submitted for management during the term of this contract within the amount specified therein.
