The purpose of the agreement to be executed is: the execution of road and sewerage works in the Sint-Niklaasstraat, Molenstraat, Schuilhoekstraat, Dagsterrestraat and Nieuwkerkenstraat.
This assignment includes in particular:
• preparatory burglary works of existing pavements and sewerage with the connections.
• construction of semi-separate sewerage with house connections and street swirling.

• realization of the buffer ditches and buffer basin
• levelling of the sites according to the indications on the floor plan
• construction of green plantings and street furniture.
• construction of bicycle suggestion lanes in ochre resin marking layer
• equipment with marking and signalling
• repair of various pavements
• perform the tasks by the Contractor cfr. Royal Decree of 25/01/01 on temporary and mobile construction sites and project safety and health plan.
The execution of the assignment takes place in 2 zones which must be carried out simultaneously. Zone 1 is split into 9 phases and zone 2 is split into 8 phases.
