The National Road Traffic Data Portal (NDW) intends to outsource the procurement process of software licenses and hardware for software development by means of a framework agreement with one (1) intermediary partner. The service provider to be engaged must be able to meet the requested needs and short lead times for offering suitable Software licenses and hardware.

The contract value is a maximum of € 900,000.00 for three (3) years and for the optional renewals € 350,000.00 per year. This contract value has been determined, among other things, because of the growth of NDW and the possibility of expanding the necessary software licenses or hardware. Currently, approximately €125,000 is spent on software licenses and hardware on an annual basis. It is possible that the maximum contract value is not achieved due to the dependence on the budgets and assignments of the NDW partners.
