The subject of the contract is "Comprehensive supply of electricity including its sale and distribution to the facilities of the Municipality of Świnoujście, its organizational units, Cultural Institutions and municipal legal persons in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025". The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the authorization granted on behalf of the above-mentioned entities. Whenever the content of the SWZ refers to buildings or facilities of the contracting authority, this also applies to the facilities of the co-contracting authorities covered by this procedure and specified in the "Acceptance List"
