Description:

The aim of the call for tenders is to select an integrator of the Abacus ERP solution that can:

1) provide licenses and maintenance of the rental solution on a rental basis;

2) integrate and parameterize the software and its modules necessary for the functioning of the city, to pilot the integration project;

3) carry out any specific developments for the operation of the basic solution;

4) provide training for key users of the city;

5) retrieve GEFI application data as specified in the requirements;

6) define and implement interfaces with the existing information system, on the financial management software side as specified in the requirements;

7) Provide, integrate and support an integrated decision-making solution in the financial management software package.
