Stara, the City of Helsinki construction services business institution, shall request your tender for sanding medley in accordance with this call for tender and the accompanying documents.

The acquisition comes with the use of Stara's urban technology maintenance.

Acquisition is a procurement of goods.

The target of the procurement is a water-screened sand mix 1/5.6 mm and 3/5.6 mm delivered to the client's silos during the winter season 2023-2024.

The amounts presented in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute a quantity obligation for the subscriber. The supplier selected does not have the exclusive right to produce the deliveries that are subject to the acquisition.

For each browser quality, the subscriber selects one supplier with whom it enters into a framework agreement.

Stara buys sanding medley according to production needs on separate orders during the contract period. The need is determined by weather conditions.

A description of the subject matter of the contract is attached to the invitation to tender (Annex 1).

The draft contract for the acquisition is annexed (Annex 2).

The acquisition targets the purchase of a water-screened 1/5.6 mm sanding game for the maintenance of Stara's Urban Technology.

The acquisition will focus on the purchase of a 3/5.6 mm water-screened sanding game for urban technology maintenance.
