The assignment includes:

— the provision, installation and connection of multifunctionals,

— the provision of service and maintenance multifunctionals,

— the provision of software for the multifunctionals,

— the supply of consumables for multifunctionals,

— continuous advising in the field of multifunctionals.

Outside the assignment:

— the delivery of paper.

It concerns an agreement for a period of five years. After these years, the Client has the option of extending the agreement twice more for one year.
