Vågå Municipaity, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement contract for consultancy services within water and sewage. The contracting authority intends to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are presented. The providers who are awarded agreements will be ranked in accordance with the evaluation of the contract award criteria.

Skjåk Municipality, Lom Municipality, and Dovre Municipality will have an individual option to join the contract upon written notification to the tenderers during the contract period including options for extensions. There shall be the same price and contract terms for option holders as the contracting authority.
