The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new type C sanitary ambulances in the amount of 3 (three) units based on vehicles manufactured in 2019 with medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the ToR - "Object of the contract - detailed description". The ordering party uses reverse procedure in this proceeding.

In the contract award procedure, the communication between the Employer and the Contractors takes place in the Polish language using the miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl, ePUAP https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal and e-mail for public orders @ pogotowiebp .com. The orderer does not anticipate a supplementary order. The Contractor, within 3 days from the date of publishing the information on the website, will provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group.
