The extension building complements the existing building next to the gymnasium with classrooms and classrooms, some of which are provided for the operation of the open all day. The construction work is carried out during operation.
The first construction phase describes the construction of the new building with a gym as a solid structure. The existing school building will remain in operation during the construction period and will be fundamentally refurbished and partially restructured after the completion and moving into the new building in the second construction phase.
The construction of the first phase comprises a gross floor area of approx. 3 408 m
The subject of the services is the dry construction work of the 1st and 2nd construction phase. In addition, the measures to be carried out include fire protection work in plaster and panel building materials.
The work in the 1st and 2nd construction phases will be carried out with a time delay.
