Building automation and MSR system.

Building automation systems for the control and regulation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, comprising:

— 47 DDC-based complete automation stations with approximately 2,000 HP,

— KNX integration of the individual room controls,

— M-BUS integration for heat, electricity, water and gas meters, approx. 200 field devices,

— Lay systems,

— cabling of the MSR systems,

— Complex TÜV-certified ring bus based smoke control,

— Centralized Control Systems (GA-MBE) with servers, clients, monitors, printers.

The customer, the German Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks, has defined the products of the manufacturer “SAIA Burgess” as the planning requirement of the building automation system.

This includes the field, automation, and management levels. Due to plant homogeneity in the existing inventory and for compatibility with existing systems, the products listed in the specifications are to be offered by SAIA Burgees on the basis of this definition.
