Maintenance and repair of ventilation and air-conditioning systems of various properties in the state of Schleswig-Holstein.

GMSH manages 560 properties, which are divided into four regional property management areas North, Kiel, West and Southeast.

Each area is managed by management offices located within the region.

For the managed properties, a framework agreement for the maintenance and repair services for approx. 788 ventilation and air-conditioning systems in 5 lots will be awarded.

Lot 1 North with approx. 126 plants in 21 properties

Lot 2 Kiel with approx. 294 plants in 31 properties

Lot 3 West with approx. 211 facilities in 31 properties

Lot 4 Southeast with approx. 118 facilities in 26 properties

Lot 5 digestories with approx. 39 plants in 8 properties

Maintenance and repair of ventilation and air-conditioning systems in 21 properties in the northern area.

The following scope is expected for the northern area:

Number of HVAC systems = 126 units

For this framework agreement, the following maximum quantities apply, inter alia, for the number of HVAC components, in relation to the tendered period per lot.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.

For this framework agreement, the following maximum quantities apply, among others, for the number of properties, in relation to the tendered period per lot.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.
