The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and maintenance of forest roads, tourist and educational facilities, to be carried out in the Międzyzdroje Forest District, in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and maintenance of forest roads, tourist and educational facilities, to be carried out in the Międzyzdroje Forest District, in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest roads, tourist and educational facilities resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ of the procedure.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.

The estimated value of the contract shown in point II.2.6) is the sum of the basic contract (net contract value plus option right at 20%) and the anticipated contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP up to 50% of the basic contract.
