KBI GmbH is planning to convert the listed building of the former Pushkin high school on Rathenaustrasse in

Hennigsdorf to a creative work - interdisciplinary start-up and commercial center.

This project is divided into 2 independent funding projects:

- KreativWerk I - Innovative commercial and biotech center Hennigsdorf,

- Application number: 85039361 from December 17, 2019 (GRW-I funding),

- KreativWerk II - socio-cultural start-up and commercial center Hennigsdorf,

- Application number: 85039366 from December 16, 2019 (NESUR funding).

In connection with national co-financing share NESUR Ident No. 0079 (ASZ II).

The interdisciplinary approach of promoting SMEs and companies in the start-up phase and entrepreneurs in different service areas as sole proprietors, freelancers, artists, creative people, both project approaches are realized jointly and at the same time and implemented in the city center in an excellent location in the former school building of the old Pushkin grammar school, which is to be renovated in accordance with the preservation order.

The plan is to create an extensive and variable range of space for coworking and maker spaces (fabrication laboratory), open spaces in which both small businesses and private individuals have access to modern machines and production processes (e.g. 3D printers, milling cutters, CNC machines, laser cutters).

In addition, high-tech and flexible office spaces should be created in the respective cubature of the old classrooms. In classic rooms for office workplaces, individual workplaces, group workplaces, conference rooms and even a multifunctional event room are to be created here.

Largely parallel to the “KreativWerk” construction project, ESH GmbH is to build a new functional swimming pool on the same property. This requires special consideration from everyone involved in the construction in order to exclude mutual hindrances and to comply with all occupational health and safety requirements at all times.

With this tender, lot 300-21 will be reconstruction of the color scheme of corridors and stairwells

- approx. 900 m 2 Stripping and sanding of oil paints, painting,

- approx. 900 m 2 Sub-wall areas using acrylic paint in the NCS color,

- approx. 1 900 m 2 Remove anti-paint on walls and ceilings,

- approx. 1 900 m 2 Coating of upper wall areas with silicate paint in the NCS color shade,

- approx. 500 m line width 0.5 cm in the corridor areas to separate the lower wall and upper wall in acrylic paint in the NCS color,

- approx. 450 m 2 Refurbish listed interior doors using oil paint in the NCS color shade and coat them again,

- Prepare approx. 200 m edge protection bracket and coat with oil paint in the NCS color shade.

All work corresponds to the color concept of the restorer.
