The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the operation of the buildings of the Municipal Office in Grace, educational and educational facilities, for the purposes of the supply of street lighting, as well as other premises and commercial facilities belonging to the Municipality of Grace. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the implementing regulations of that law and Polish Standards. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex 7 to the SWZ. Other conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the model contract (Annex 6 to the SWZ) .The Municipality of Łask (the Contracting Authority) acts on its own behalf and, on the basis of signed agreements, on behalf of the entities listed in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract.

- Public Kindergarten No. 5 in Julian Tuwim Grace

- Public Kindergarten No. 6 in Grace “Suneczko”

- John Paul II Elementary School in Balchich

- Janusz Korczak Primary School in the Janusz Korczak

- Elementary School in Wiewiórczyn named after Polish Army

- Primary School No. 1 in Łasko named after Tadeusz Kościuszko

- Primary School No. 5 in Łasko, named after Nicolaus Copernicus

- Environmental Self-Help House

The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract arising from this procedure for the award of a public contract.

The estimated electricity demand for facilities for the 11 months from 01.02.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 2,276,104 kWh. The determination of the estimated electricity demand is an element to select the most favourable offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the quantities given.
