The purpose of this contract is to carry out the land recycling operation relating to:

- To the two co-ownerships "Plein Ciel 1 and 2" in the context of two deficiency procedures;

- To the adjoining garage condominium.

This property is located in the Coteaux district of the City of Mulhouse. It is also a district of the New National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU). The development operation, which is the subject of this consultation, is itself part of the programme.

the tasks entrusted to the concessionaire will cover all the tasks necessary for the complete completion of the development operation, in accordance with the programme adopted by the City.
