The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate from the area of the Municipality of Hrubieszów, where the residents live, indicated in the description of the contract, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, the level of storage of municipal waste and waste from the treatment of municipal waste recovered by other methods and reducing the weight of municipal waste subject to biodegradation sent to storage, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The subject of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which the inhabitants of the Hrubieszów Municipal Municipality live, indicated in the description of the order (the area of the entire commune is one sector). The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the entire amount of municipal waste donated by the owners of the property on which the residents live, including:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

2) paper;

3) metals;

4) plastics;

5) glass;

6) multi-material packaging waste;

7) biowaste;

8) expired drugs;

9. non-medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes;

10. hazardous waste;

11) chemicals;

12) used batteries and batteries;

13) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

14. furniture and other bulky waste;

15. construction and demolition waste;

16. waste textiles and clothing;

17) used tyres;

18) ash

2. The estimated amount of waste covered by the proceedings over a period of 12 months shall be a total of 4860 Mg and, broken down by fraction:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – 2700 Mg;

2) paper 25 mg;

3) metals 25 Mg;

4) plastics 400 Mg;

5) glass 250 Mg;

6) 5 Mg multi-product packaging waste;

7) bioodpady 980 Mg;

8) expired drugs 1.0 Mg;

9. waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringe 0,01 Mg;

10) hazardous waste 0.1 Mg;

11) chemicals 0.1 Mg;

12) waste batteries and accumulators 0.5 Mg;

13) waste electrical and electronic equipment 16 Mg;

14. furniture and other bulky waste; 170 mg;

15) construction and demolition waste 200 Mg;

16) waste of textiles and clothing 0.5 Mg;

17) worn tires 20 Mg;

18) ash 360 Mg.

The amount of waste during the period covered by the present proceeding is only indicative, serving only for the comparison of tenders. It does not constitute an obligation for the ordering party to prepare for the collection of a certain amount of waste. Settlements will be made on the basis of the actual amount of municipal waste collected and managed from the property and PSZOK.

The Ordering Party expects the Contractor to equip inhabited properties with containers at the individual request of the owner, including containers for selective waste collection in multi-family properties (e.g. rental, lease, purchase). The purchase, lease or rental of containers cannot be included in the price of the order.
