The defense and representation of Urssaf Aquitaine in front of the social hub of the sites of Bordeaux, Mont-de-Marsan, Pau, Bayonne, Périgueux and Agen, the drawing up of the conclusions and the representation of all the sites of Urssaf Aquitaine before the courts of appeal of Bordeaux, Pau and Toulouse exclusively.

The drafting of the conclusions in liaison with the bailiff and the representation of Urssaf Aquitaine before the judge of the execution of all jurisdictions aquitaine in first instance and on appeal.

The drafting of all the documents necessary for the legal representation of Urssaf Aquitaine - pleadings, conclusions, pleadings, concerning the procedures undertaken in the fight against illegal work in the courts of Bordeaux and Libourne, Mont-de-Mars Marsan, Dax, Perigueux, Bergerac, Agen, Pau and Bayonne (including hearings in CPRC) and the courts of appeal of the Aquitaine region.

Ensure the defense of the interests of Urssaf Aquitaine in the context of labor court proceedings (first instance or appeal) introduced with respect to the Urssaf Aquitaine or if applicable for Urssaf Aquitaine before the Prud'Hommes Councils and the courts of appeal of the Aquitaine region under the conditions set out in this CCTP.
