The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels in 2024.

The procedure is divided into parts:

part 1 – supply of diesel oil and unleaded petrol Pb 95, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1a to the Terms of Reference,

Part 2 — supply of fuel oil L1 as described in the subject of the contract, as set out in Annex No 1b to SWZ.

Deliveries are to be made in accordance with the descriptions of the subject matter of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendices No. 2a and 2b to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract in part 1 is successive, cashless purchases in 2024 of the following liquid fuels for passenger cars, vans, trucks and working machines operated by the Road Maintenance Repair Plant in Warsaw, in estimated quantities:

a) diesel oil, according to PN-EN 590:2022-08 or equivalent*

- 500,000 l

b) unleaded petrol Pb 95, according to PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 or equivalent*

- 75,000 l

Deliveries are to be carried out in accordance with the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ and the proposed provisions of the contract, as set out in Annex 2a to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in lot 2 is successive, cashless purchases in 2024. light fuel oil in estimated quantities:

- light fuel oil L1, according to PN-C-96024:2020-12 or equivalent – 60,000 l

Deliveries are to be carried out in accordance with the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 1b to SWZ and the proposed provisions of the contract, as set out in Annex 2b to SWZ.
