This is the complete renovation of an existing building consisting of several volumes, which requires a single permit (planning permission for works, permits for the installation of a cogeneration and renewal of the operating license). There is a very small part of a decommissioned room and an asbestos removal.

The mission of the project author is to use the initial technical study, update it and is authorized to improve it, to implement the work program.

The 1 re step is to obtain the firm grant promise, which involves drafting the specifications of works with batches, calculating the total duration of construction, the duration of interruption of operation, to establish the application files of single permit, assisting the adjudicator in the selection of tenders, directing and controlling the execution of construction sites, organization of meetings and site receptions, as well as any other mission that may prove necessary for the successful completion of the project. project.
