The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from residential, uninhabited and recreational and leisure properties in the Rokiciny commune, and equipping these properties with mixed waste containers as well as containers and bags for segregated waste.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from residential, uninhabited and recreational and leisure properties in the Rokiciny commune and equipping these properties with mixed waste containers as well as containers and bags for segregated waste.

2. The municipal waste collection system does not include waste generated at burial cemeteries in the Rokiciny commune.

3. The scope of the object of the contract includes throughout the entire period of the contract performance of collection and management (recovery and disposal) directly from all waste real estate:

1) mixed municipal waste;

2) municipal waste collected in a selective manner, broken down into:

(a) paper - including paper and cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste;

b) glass - including glass waste and glass packaging waste;

c) plastics and metals - including metal waste, metal packaging waste, plastic waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste;

d) biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste (in single-family housing it is allowed to compost or use bio-waste, including green waste for own needs;

e) ash.
