Study and realization of an X-band amplifier associated with an antenna

This involves studying and building a Radio-frequency (RF) impulse amplifier associated with its antenna, in X-band.

- the power is of the order of 30 KW;

- the frequency band is of the order of 1 GHz. This 1 GHz band must be between 8 and 12 GHz;

- the pulse length varies on the order of a few ns to a few hundred microseconds;

- duty cycle is adjustable from 1 to 10%;

- an effort required on compactness and mass, as well as on the proposal of any innovative architecture promoting performance.
