Construction of a company building

The present tender for Lot 1 covers the construction of an operating building for a large heat pump system with ancillary installations. The measure is subdivided into the following components:

(1) Company building (machine hall):

The operating building for the heat pump system is designed as a single-storey hall on a construction area of approx. 1,606 m², with the dimensions of approx. L/ W/ H= 72.90m/ 21.90m/ 13.70m. The hall is founded deeply.

(2) Outbuildings (control rooms):

The switchgear is planned as a single-storey outbuilding. The outbuilding is designed in the dimensions of approx. L/ W/ H= 28.50m/ 7.60m/ 5.35m. The switchgear is essentially divided into transformer room, medium and low voltage room and ancillary rooms. A cable distortion level is provided below the rooms. Here, too, the foundation is deep.

(3) Transformer installation space:

The 110 kV grid feed-in with transformer and all other components (instrument transformers, surge arresters) are positioned on a deep-foundation reinforced concrete base and equipped with a studded roof.

(4) Protective roofs over footpaths as pergolas from a wooden frame with an extensive roof greening.
