The subject of the contract is the execution of project documentation and work aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting of the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka, which is implemented as part of the project: “Reduction of air pollution emissions in Commune Ostrów Mazowiecka”.

4.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka, which is implemented as part of the project entitled: "Reduction of air pollutant emissions in the Municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka". 4.2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) development of design documentation (obtaining decisions of the architectural and construction administration body required by law, including: notification of construction works, building permit, if required and other decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications required by law). 2) delivery and assembly based on the documentation (PFU) held by the Ordering Party of 6 sets of photovoltaic installations with a structure adapted to the place of assembly, 3) assembly of structures for PV modules, 4) installation of PV modules on the structure, 5) laying of cable routes and cables from the panels to the electrical switchboard, 6) modernization of the electrical switchboard, including installation of protections, 7) installation of PV inverters, 8) installation of the automation and monitoring system, 9) connection of inverters to the investor's power system, 10) installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus, 11) system commissioning and regulations, 12) user training in the operation of the installation, 13) free maintenance services during the warranty period. 4.3. The detailed scope of works to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Functional and Utility Programs (hereinafter also referred to as: "PFU"), which constitute (Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ) and are an integral part of the SWZ. NOTE: PFUs cover a larger scope of the task. The provisions concerning only the above-mentioned subject of the contract should be used.
