The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of RES installations – Stage III as part of the project entitled Installation of RES installations as part of umbrella projects in the Bieliny commune in the design and build formula

The order includes:

a). Development of technical documentation for the assembly, commissioning and connection of photovoltaic panels for residential buildings.

b). Before preparing the documentation, the Contractor shall:

- conduct a vision of the property, as well as an interview with the owner of the property and write a memorandum of understanding,

- assess the technical conditions for each location of the installation of photovoltaic panels,

- submits to the ordering party for acceptance the proposed technical solutions along with minimum operating parameters,

- determine the location of the installation of photovoltaic panels along with the place of inclusion in the internal installations: electrical building,

- obtains the approval of the property owner regarding the location of installation of the installations in question,

- obtain detailed information from the property owner necessary for the proper design of documentation.

c) training users in the principles of proper operation of photovoltaic installations along with the development of operating instructions and their transfer to users,

d) delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installation elements on residential buildings, commercial buildings, on the ground, taking into account the result indicators specified in the application for granting

as part of the grant.

e). As part of the contract, the contractor is obliged to obtain on behalf of the contracting authority (if necessary) all necessary decisions, agreements, permits, opinions for the proper preparation of documentation.

f). Execution of comprehensive works consisting of:

1) delivery of individual elements of photovoltaic installations.

2) execution of works in accordance with the documentation, and in particular:

-assembly of photovoltaic modules in the amount of 16 pcs.
