The agreement consists of the performance of the following accountant activities:

- The interim control and the management letter;

- The financial statements and the report of findings;

- The auditor's statement to the annual documents;

- The natural advice function.

In addition, additional services can be requested, such as the provision of audit reports for partial accounts that do not fall under the SISA scheme.

An agreement with an initial term of four (4) years is entered into with one accounting firm. The agreement also includes two optional extension options of two (2) and one (1) years respectively. The maximum term is therefore seven (7) years (4 + 2 + 1).
