The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit a tender in a negotiated procedure with a prequalification for the engineering design services for and the construction of a new fire training field at Ørland main air station (ØHF).

The contest is for a procurement above the EEA threshold determined in the regulations on defence and security procurements (FOSA) § 2-2, and in accordance with the rules in these regulations, parts I and II.
