The six municipalities of the North Limburg region: Beesel, Bergen, Gennep, Horst aan de Maas, Peel en Maas and Venray have agreed to work together for Social Support Act, Youth and Participation. In the context of this tender, the six municipalities are the contracting authority and the client; hereinafter referred to as: client or municipality (s).

The partnership that gives substance to this agreement and provides and facilitates this tender for the client is the Modular Joint Arrangement Social Domain North Limburg (MGR).

Assistance is provided within the day treatment and daytime activities segment when a young person is unable to attend (temporary) (special) (primary) education and / or a form of regular after-school care.

Within the day care and day care segment, we distinguish four target groups (sub segments) of day care and day care.

1. Severe multiple disability;

2. Growing up problems for the young child;

3. Back to school;

4. Sustainable daily activity.

The target groups under 1 and 2 each have a different perspective, but (often) use the same type of facility. That is why these are put out to tender as a whole.
