with registration numbers 191/2, 193,194, precinct Drzeczkowo, commune Osieczna, powiat leszno. Total length of the fence along which mowing is to be carried out: approx.: 3 600 m. The location of the pasture fence is indicated in Annex 1 to OPZ

The subject of the contract is a cyclical service concerning mowing in 2023 vegetation along the electric fence of pasture located on plots

with registration numbers 191/2, 193,194, precinct Drzeczkowo, commune Osieczna, powiat leszno. Total length of the fence along which mowing is to be carried out: approx.: 3 600 m. The location of the pasture fence is indicated in Annex 1 to OPZ.

Specific conditions for execution of the order:

1. Delivery period: July – October 2023

2. Planned number of mowing in the above-mentioned period: approx. 10, with the reservation that the number of mowing may change depending on weather conditions and vegetation of vegetation.

3. Each time the Contractor will be informed about the need for mowing by the Contracting Entity. Mowing should be completed within 7 calendar days from the moment the Ordering Party reports the need for mowing.

4. The width of the mowed strip of vegetation must include min. 0.7 m on the outside and 0.7 m on the inside of the fence, as well as the area directly under the fence.

5. Mowing should be carried out as low as possible on the ground surface, provided that at a height of not more than 5 cm above the ground surface.

6. Vegetation should be mowed by hand, e.g. using a petrol scythe.

7. The Ordering Party does not require the collection and removal of the resulting biomass.

Other information:

1. An illustrative construction of the electric fence is included in the photograph constituting Annex 2 to OPZ.

2. The height of the electrical wire (cable) located at the lowest ground surface is approx. 20-25 cm. The cable must not be damaged during work related to

with mowing vegetation. The Contractor is responsible for any damage.

3. The place of execution of the contract is characterized by the presence of a large number of stones and gravel of various thicknesses, which can damage mechanical equipment.

4. The fence is placed in dry terrain with significant ground surface denivelations. On a small section there are places with stagnant water after intense precipitation.

5. The Contractor is obliged to carry out works in a way that prevents contamination of soil, vegetation and water from harmful substances – fuel, oils, etc.

6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to control the implementation of the subject of the contract on an ongoing basis,

including field checks.

7. In order to properly assess the technical capabilities of the contractor and to objectively estimate the cost of this service, it is recommended to carry out a field visit in order to get to know the area covered by this contract.
