Finansportalen, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has continuous requirement for maintenance of the portal finansportalen.no as well as requirement for procurement of development services for new partial solution related to the finansportalen.no. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a service provider who can offer these services.

The Awarding Authority also requests option for a maintenance and development agreement for the Norwegian Consumer Council’s new service; hvakostertannlegen.no.
