The delivery over 2 years of at least 24 and a maximum of 48 draft reports and at least 2 and a maximum of 4 final reports on floating litter in the rivers Rhine, Waal, Maas and IJssel, at least 8 and a maximum of 16 draft reports and at least 8 and a maximum of 16 final reports on litter on the riverbanks of the said rivers, the annual reporting on litter on the banks of the Westerschelde in at least 8 and a maximum of 16 draft reports and at least 2 and a maximum of 4 final reports, as well as the annual performance of an image quality measurement of litter on/against river banks from a boat, the first year in the southwest of the Netherlands and in the second year the rest of the Netherlands, in at least 2 and at most 4 draft reports and at least 2 and at most 4 final reports
