Symphony Housing Group is seeking to award a contract(s) to suitably experienced and qualified service providers, to deliver Grounds Management Services to Contour Homes as specified. You should be able to:

— provide grounds maintenance, gardening and landscaping services,

— provide arboricultural services,

— provide ancillary services such as gritting, rubbish removal, skip-hire, domestic gardening services,

— maintain scheme plans and drawings,

— provide other services as required from time to time by Contour Homes.
