The order was divided into three parts:

Part No. 1 - REGION 1, which includes winter road maintenance in the following districts: Bobrowniki Śląskie – Piekary Rudne, Centrum, Lasowice, Os. Jana and Sowice.

Part No. 2 - DISTRICT 2, which includes winter road maintenance in the following districts: Pniowiec, Repty Śl., Stare Tarnowice, Rybna, Strzybnica, Opatowice

Part No. 3, which includes winter maintenance of sidewalks and bicycle routes and bicycle pedestrians in the Tarnowskie Góry Commune, in all districts

Winter road maintenance includes performing, among other things, the following:

- dyżurowania,

- odśnieżania i usuwania gołoledzi – standard II i standard III,

- ice removal,

- additional snow removal and black ice removal,

-Control

- preparation of documentation of performed activities,

- ad hoc sweeping,

- post-winter sweeping,

- suspension of the winter maintenance period.

A detailed description of the item of the order shall include the annexes to the SWZ i.e.

- Model agreement for Lot No. 1 with its annexes – Annex 9a to the SWZ,

- Description of the subject of the contract for Lot No. 1 is attached as Annex 2 to the model contract entitled "Winter maintenance rules".
