1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance and cleaning of paved surfaces, playground, outdoor gym, skatepark and ongoing maintenance and care of urban greenery, greenery in the park, squares and green areas along with the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system in the city of Starogard Gdański.

Ongoing cleanliness.

As part of the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, the Contractor is obliged to:

1. cleaning up after city events and celebrations, immediately after the end of the ceremony (expected number of celebrations - up to 10 of each year of the contract);

2. maintenance and emptying of trash cans and cow droppings, in the period from the date of validity of the contract to 31.12.2024;

2.1. service related to the maintenance and emptying of bins along with the transfer of waste accumulated in them

to dispose of includes the performance of operations consisting in:

2.1.1. systematic and ongoing (daily) selection of impurities from bins and collection of impurities within a radius of up to 5 m from the basket,

2.1.2. setting overturned and/or displaced baskets,

2.1.3. ongoing monitoring of the status of baskets to prevent them from overfilling,

2.1.4. handing over the collected waste for disposal,

2.1.5. washing and disinfection of all baskets 2 times a year (in April and October),

2.1.6. current removal of all kinds of dirt and dirt of any origin from the bins,

2.1.7. ongoing repair and/or replacement of damaged baskets;

2.2. The Contractor is also obliged to remove garbage and dimensions thrown on the maintained area

by third parties (during the year up to 5 m3);

2.3. All bins must be emptied by 11:00 a.m. on a given day.

2.4. current maintenance of the area at Plac 16 Dywizji Street:

2.4.1. The Contractor is obliged to throw garbage left on the maintained area by residents into underground containers located at Plac 16 Dywizji Street;

2.4.2. The Contractor is obliged to remove the garbage left on the maintained area by the residents when the underground containers have been filled;

2.4.3. The Contractor is obliged to maintain the cleanliness of the external underground part - the rim of the underground tank (made of precast concrete) at the upper platform (made of corrugated steel);

2.4.4. The Contractor is obliged to drain water from the underground tank (precast concrete) through a channel integrated with the precast concrete with a pipe running inside, which

using a quick connector, it is possible to pump out the water lying at the bottom of the prefabricated element;

2.4.5. In the event of filling or failure of underground containers, the Contractor is obliged to notify the representative of the Contracting Entity, as well as the company carrying out garbage collection from the above containers;

2.5. The Contractor is obliged to carry out emptying of the baskets in a way that does not cause contamination of the surrounding areas;

2.6. the baskets to be replaced shall be of the same type, colour, capacity and made of the same material as that to be replaced;

3. current maintenance of cleanliness in the period from the date of the contract until 31.12.2024.

3.1. post-winter cleaning of all pedestrian routes (the date of commencement of works should be agreed with the Ordering Party);

3.2. mechanical and manual cleaning of street surfaces, alleys, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle routes, bicycle paths, parking bays and squares from garbage, branches, bottles, stones, stakes, deadwood, cigarette butts, caps, papers, glass, etc. and the manual removal of posters, leaflets and announcements placed illegally, m.in. on trees, balustrades, benches, etc.;

3.3. in places of national remembrance (at monuments, under the Town Hall, etc.) The Contractor is obliged to remove burnt candles, bouquets, faded and withered flowers and candle residues on an ongoing basis (expected number of celebrations - up to 8 of each year of the contract);

3.4. mechanical sweeping – 2 times a month (until the 15th and 30th day of the month) in the period from 01.04 to 31.10.;

3.5. mechanical washing of the roadway – once a month (by the 7th day of the month at the latest) in the period from 01.04 to 31.10.;

Ongoing cleanliness.

As part of the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, the Contractor is obliged to:

1. cleaning up after events and city celebrations, immediately after the end of the ceremony (expected number of celebrations - up to 3 of each year of the contract);

2. maintenance and emptying of trash cans and cow droppings, in the period from the date of validity of the contract to 31.12.2024;

2.1. the service related to the maintenance and emptying of the bins together with the transfer of waste collected in them for disposal includes the performance of activities consisting in:

a. systematic and current (daily) selection of impurities from baskets and collection of impurities within a radius of up to 5 m from the basket,

b. setting overturned and/or moved baskets,

c. ongoing monitoring of the status of baskets to prevent them from overflowing,

d. transfer of collected waste for disposal,

e. washing and disinfection of all baskets 2 times a year (in April and October),

f. current removal of all kinds of dirt and dirt of any origin from the bins,

g. ongoing repair and/or replacement of damaged baskets;

2.2. The Contractor is also obliged to remove garbage and dimensions tossed to the maintained area by third parties (up to 5 m3 per year);

2.3. all bins must be emptied by 930 o'clock on a given day;

2.4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out emptying of baskets in a way that does not cause contamination of the surrounding areas;

2.5. the baskets to be replaced shall be of the same type, colour, capacity and made of the same material as that to be replaced;

3. current maintenance of cleanliness in the period from the date of the contract until 31.12.2024.

3.1. post-winter cleaning of all pedestrian routes (the date of commencement of works should be agreed with the Ordering Party);

3.2. mechanical and manual cleaning of street surfaces, alleys, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle routes, bicycle paths, parking bays and squares from garbage, branches, bottles, stones, deadwood, cigarette butts, caps, papers, glass, etc.;

3.3. manual removal of posters, leaflets and advertisements placed illegally, m.in. on trees, balustrades, benches, etc.;

4. ongoing maintenance of small architecture and vertical marking in the period from the date of validity of the contract until 31.12.2024.

4.1. current (depending on the needs) washing of benches, trash cans, blocking posts, bicycle racks, vertical markings, information boards, educational boards – once every two months in the period from 01.04. to 31.10, with the fact that the first cleaning should be done before April 15;

4.2. comprehensive washing and cleaning twice a year of the monument of Wierzyczanka, with the fact that the first cleaning should be done before April 15;

4.3. Washing should be carried out with cleaning agents that do not cause damage or degradation of the environment and do not pose a threat to the health and life of users, over the entire surface in such a way as to remove any dirt. The Ordering Party should be notified of the commencement of the above-mentioned works in a given location one day in advance;

4.4. maintaining cleanliness around the bench within a radius of approx. 5 m;

4.5. conservation of wooden elements of benches, educational boards, game sets and flower pots using appropriate impregnating agents – once every 24 months, until September 30;

4.6. removing graffitti from playground and sports equipment.

Ongoing cleanliness.

As part of the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, the Contractor is obliged to:

1. cleaning up after city events and celebrations, immediately after the end of the ceremony (the expected number of celebrations - up to 8 each year of the contract);

2. maintenance and emptying of trash cans and animal excrement bins, from the date of validity of the contract

until 31.12.2024;

2.1. service related to the maintenance and emptying of bins along with the transfer of waste accumulated in them

to dispose of includes the performance of operations consisting in:

2.1.1. systematic and current 1-fold daily selection of impurities from baskets and collection of impurities

within a radius of up to 5 m from the basket, where all baskets must be emptied by 8:30 a.m. on a given day,

2.1.2. setting overturned and/or displaced baskets,

2.1.3. ongoing monitoring of the status of baskets to prevent them from overfilling,

2.1.4. handing over the collected waste for disposal,

2.1.5. washing and disinfection of all baskets 2 times a year (in April and October),

2.1.6. current removal of all kinds of dirt and dirt of any origin from the bins,

2.1.7. ongoing repair and/or replacement of damaged baskets;

2.2. The Contractor is also obliged to remove garbage and dimensions tossed to the maintained area by third parties (up to 5 m3 per year);

2.3. The Contractor is obliged to carry out emptying of baskets in a way that does not cause contamination of the surrounding areas;

2.4. the baskets to be replaced shall be of the same type, colour, capacity and made of the same material as that to be replaced;

3. current maintenance of cleanliness in the period from the date of the contract until 31.12.2024.

3.1. systematic and ongoing 1-fold daily cleaning of the surface in hours: from 7:00 - 8:30 on a given day,

3.2. daily sweeping of paved surfaces of the skatepark, playground and outdoor gym,

3.3. current removal of falling leaves and branches from the playground and gym,

3.4. maintaining the cleanliness of the aisle in a way that does not damage it;

4. ongoing maintenance of small architecture and vertical markings in the period from the date of validity of the contract

until 31.12.2024

4.1. current (depending on the needs) washing of benches (washing as necessary from all impurities, including bird droppings), trash cans, blocking posts, bicycle racks, vertical markings, information boards,

4.2. current (depending on the needs) maintenance of outdoor gym equipment, including daily washing of all impurities, e.g. bird droppings,

4.3. cleaning the trampoline and keeping the area under the trampoline clean,

4.4. comprehensive washing and cleaning of the monument twice a year, with the exception that the first cleaning should be done before April 15;

4.5. washing should be carried out with cleaning agents that do not cause damage or degradation of the environment and do not pose a threat to the health and life of users, over the entire surface in such a way as to remove any dirt;

4.6. at the monument of St. Adalbert, the Contractor is obliged to remove burnt candles, bouquets, faded and withered flowers and candle residues (expected number of celebrations - up to 5 of each year of the contract);

4.7. maintenance of bench elements using appropriate impregnating agents – once a year, until 30 September;

Current maintenance of greenery.

Works related to the maintenance of greenery will include all works related to both the care of existing greenery and new plantings, performed independently by the Contractor or through the indication by the Ordering Party. Indications from the Ordering Party will be made via e-mail or telephone. The order will specify the date of execution, the scope of work, etc.

The schedule of gardening works depends on weather conditions, plant growth, vegetation conditions, etc. The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with good gardening practice.

As part of the ongoing maintenance of greenery, the Contractor is obliged to:

1. twice (in April and June) making plantings (approx. 3000 pieces of perennials and flowers) seasonal in pots on the Market Square, at the Kazimierz Deyna roundabout, at Gen. J. Hallera Street, Kolejowa Street, at Al. Wojska Polskiego, according to the annex;

2. making a flower bed of plant material obtained by the Contractor together with care at Plac 16 Dywizji Street, according to the annex;

3. renovation of the so-called "flower meadow" at the defensive walls in the Old Town, according to the annex;

4. spring and autumn leaf raking (at least 2 times a month);

4.1. loading and export of the leaves shall take place within 1 day after raking;

4.2. replenishment of litter (mulching with bark);

5. weeding 2 times a month or more often (by the 15th and 30th day of the month), if necessary, depending on the growth of weeds and weather conditions (at any request of the Ordering Party);

6. watering depending on the needs and each time at the request of the Ordering Party (2 times a month, in the period June - August or more often in case of dry weather;

6.1. a barrel truck must be disposed of in the absence of an irrigation system and the treatment must be carried out at dawn so as not to block traffic;

7. fertilizing with compound fertilizers 2 times a year:

7.1. end of March/beginning of April,

7.2. the first half of July;

8. care of perennials, grasses and ornamental shrubs (deciduous, coniferous, hedges):

8.1. weeding and loosening of the soil;

8.2. cutting the dead aerial part of perennials and grasses (spring and autumn);

8.3. cutting bouquet hydrangeas approx. 20 cm above the ground;

8.4. removal of fragments of mutually overgrown shrubs and perennials;

8.5. removal of self-seeding of alien species, especially hedgerows;

8.6. pruning, removal of faded parts of plants, corrective and rejuvenating cutting of shrubs;

8.7. protection against diseases and pests and for pest control when they occur (spraying);

8.8. replenishment of plantings:

8.8.1. supplement stolen or devastated plants up to 30% of the amount of planted plants on an ongoing basis,

8.8.2. supplement drying plants, non-flowering plants, etc. as a result of improper care (100% replacement of plants);

8.9. securing plants for the winter period by covering with agrotextile or dressing;

9. tree care:

9.1. replenishment and replacement of tree stakes;

9.2. replenishment of plantings;

9.3. tree suckers (root and trunk) trimming;

9.4. check the tension of the straps to avoid ingrown material into the bark (the check should be carried out

2 times a year);

9.5. protection against diseases and pests and for pest control when they occur (spraying);

10. Lawn care:

10.1. raking pollution from lawns in spring;

10.2. scarifying in early spring, after the first mowing and, if necessary, late autumn;

10.3. mowing lawns with mechanical mowers, scythes in hard-to-reach places, trimming clusters of bushes approx. 15 times a year and/or each time the grass height reaches 7-8 cm;

10.4. trimming, raking and exporting biomass;

Current maintenance of greenery.

1. twice (after winter and autumn) inspect each tree in terms of the state of preservation and control of the care procedures, together with the presentation of the review protocol;

2. tree care:

2.1. cutting off suckers at trees (root and trunk);

2.2. protection against diseases and pests and to control pests when they occur (spraying);

2.3. newly planted:

2.3.1. correcting bowls – should be done in spring;

2.3.2. fertilisation: feeding young trees in the spring before the start of vegetation with nitrogen-dominant compound fertilisers (ammofoska, ammonium nitrate, florovit, etc.) at the recommended dose

by the manufacturer;

2.4. palikowania:

2.4.1. belt tension control to avoid ingrown materials into the cortex, should be carried out 2 times

per year;

2.5. removal of current tipping and dead branches;

2.6. ongoing pruning of dead branches;

3. weeding 2 times a month (by the 15th and 30th day of the month) or more often, if necessary, depending on the growth of weeds and weather conditions (at any request of the Ordering Party);

4. spring and autumn raking of leaves and replenishment of mulch (mulching with bark);

5. export of biomass (cut and broken branches, weeds, etc.);

5.1. loading and export of the leaves shall take place within 1 day after raking;

5.2. in the wetland part of the park, leave the leaves in the autumn to protect the small fauna of the park, we rake them in the spring;

6. fertilizing with compound fertilizers 2 times a year:

6.1.1. end of March/beginning of April,

6.1.2. the first half of July;

7. The Contractor is obliged to strictly monitor the state of soil moisture and thoughtfully use watering in the amount and frequency needed to maintain the vitality and health of plants (it is unacceptable to dry or retain water in the top layer of soil, causing rotting of plants)

and maintaining the irrigation system.

8. care of perennials, grasses and ornamental shrubs (deciduous, coniferous, hedges):

8.1. weeding and loosening of the soil;

8.1.1. method — manual weeding (hoes may be used);

8.1.2. loosening and weeding of bowls, grooves and surfaces of groups of bushes;

8.1.3. in the case of shrubs with shallow root systems (rhododendrons), the ground around the bushes should not be dug up, but only mulched with bark;

8.1.4. the removal of self-seeding of alien species, especially hedgerows;

8.2. cutting the dead aerial part of perennials and grasses (spring and autumn);

8.3. cutting bouquet hydrangeas approx. 20 cm above the ground;

8.4. removal of fragments of mutually overgrown shrubs and perennials;

8.5. pruning, removal of faded parts of plants, corrective and rejuvenation cutting of shrubs;

8.6. protection against diseases and pests and for pest control when they occur (spraying);

8.7. replenishment of plantings:

8.7.1. supplement stolen or devastated plants up to 30% of the amount of planted plants on an ongoing basis,

8.7.2. supplement drying plants, non-flowering plants, etc. as a result of improper care (100% replacement of plants);

8.8. securing plants for the winter period by covering with agrotextile or dressing;

5.6. pruning, removal of blooming parts of plants, corrective and rejuvenating cutting of bushes;

5.7. protection against diseases and pests and for pest control when they occur (spraying);

5.8. replenishment of plantings

5.8.1. replenish stolen or devastated plants on an ongoing basis up to 30% of the number of planted plants,

5.8.2. replenish drying, non-flowering plants, etc. as a result of improper care (100% plant replacement);

5.9. protecting plants for the winter period by covering with agrotextile or tunic;

6. Making flower beds with bulbous plants from plant material obtained by the Contractor together with care at the monument of St. Adalbert, in St. Adalbert's Square:

6.1.1. use species m.in. crocuses, tulips, wintering crocuses, sapphires, bulbs (species, place and date of planting shall be determined by the Ordering Party),

6.1.2. treat onions immediately before planting in a fungicidal preparation and plant onions in the amount of 40-50 pcs. / 1 m²,

6.1.3. comprehensive care of bulbous plants should be carried out from the moment of their planting, in accordance with the art of gardening,

6.1.4. protect onions for the winter by covering the surface of the flowerbed with mats or leaves, spruce reed, chips, bark or peat,

7. Execution of beds with perennials from plant material obtained by the Contractor along with care on the mound,

on which the monument of St. Adalbert is placed, on St. Adalbert's Square.

8. Tree care:

8.1. planting with stake fastening;

8.2. replenishment and replacement of tree stakes;

8.3. replenishment of plantings;

8.4. tree sucker clipping (root and stem), pruning;

8.5. protection against diseases and pests and for pest control when they occur (spraying);

9. Lawn care:

9.1. raking pollution from lawns in spring;

9.2. scarifying in early spring, after the first mowing, and if necessary
