Wyre Forest District Council on behalf of Kidderminster Town Council tenders are invited for the provision of the above services in connection with a project to transform Kidderminster Town Hall to create a vibrant and versatile venue to be operated by a new charitable Trust. In addition to repairs to the Grade II listed buildings the works involve alterations and improvements to the existing venue.

The historically important William Hill organ is to be refurbished. A new build within the existing courtyard will create a new meeting space coupled with a community arts café. Important heritage rooms on the first floor will be retained including a court room, council chamber and King Charles room.

The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Open Tender Route.
