Task scope:
1) Collection of municipal waste generated in the commune of Tyczyn coming from the owners of the property where residents live.
Types of waste:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;
b) segregated municipal waste (glass, waste paper, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, bio waste constituting municipal waste, slag and ash);
c) other waste (expired drugs, used batteries, renovation and construction waste from renovations and other construction works, carried out by the owner of the property on his own, for the performance of which is not required to obtain a building permit, or for which no notification is required for architectural and construction administration, waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste, waste tires).
2) Management of collected municipal waste in a manner consistent with applicable regulations.
3) Achieving specific recycling levels and preparing for re-use of the following municipal waste fractions: paper, metals, plastics and glass, achieving specific recycling levels, preparing for re-use and recovery by other methods other than hazardous construction and demolition waste, as well as weight reduction biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.
4) Keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the contract.
5) Inspection of real estate owners regarding the collection of municipal waste in a manner inconsistent with the regulations on keeping cleanliness and order in the commune of Tyczyn.
6) Equipment for the resident's notification of real estate with containers and bags for collecting waste - sale or conclusion of a container lease agreement with the owner of the property.
