In the present case, the client is tendering the engineering services structural planning (TWP) for the renovation of the listed restaurant with the Jägerhof meeting place within the framework of ISEK Altstadt and Stadtmitte in Bergneustadt across Europe.

The scope of services in the present tender includes engineering services, structural planning (TWP) in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021, service phases 3-9, gradual commissioning in 2 stages (stages are planned for service phase 3 and service phases 4-9). The fee range is to be determined by the bidders in the later negotiation process and freely offered. The services should take into account the present preliminary draft planning (Annexes: 08c and 08d).
