The subject of the contract is the selection of the Contractor for construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the fifteenth storey building located at Geodetów 1 Street in Rzeszów on a plot marked with registration number 1762, precinct 208 Nowe Miasto. The investment task includes: reconstruction of the existing building together with internal installations: electrical, sewage, cooling, heating, reconstruction of the existing heat substation and construction of an additional intermediate heat substation, mechanical ventilation in the building at 1 Geodetów Street in Rzeszów. 2. The detailed scope of construction works is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
